Situated on the edge of the park and with uninterrupted views of Skiddaw, our luxury 4 berth lodges offer modern and spacious open plan living, perfect for families and groups.
The well equipped kitchen includes a cooker, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and Tassimo coffee machine and provides a sociable link to the dining area, which has seating for 4 people. The living area is furnished with comfortable modern sofas, a large tv and benefits from a fire providing the perfect place to relax.
The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, built in wardrobes and king size bed, while the second room includes two single beds and single wardrobe. The main bathroom is equipped with a bath, shower and toilet.
A large decking area wraps around the front of the lodge with a private 5 seater hot tub and an outdoor dining area to seat four.

This luxurious Lodge situated in the corner of the park with spectacular views of Skiddaw will not disappoint. The Large decking that runs from the front patio doors and down the full side leading to the hot tub gives you a great place to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. An added feature of this Lodge is your own private corner with seating to enjoy the firepit/bbq.
The Lodge interior blends rural character with a modern look giving you a relaxing cosy feel. The large open plan kitchen – Dining and living area sits at its heart, with large patio doors and windows that flood the space with light making it the perfect space all year round
The main bedroom is fitted with a king size Duvalay™ Alba Ortho bed as well as a large wardrobe, window seat and vanity area, plus a dressing table with large mirror, lighting and storage. The nature-inspired second bedroom has twin single beds with panelled headboards, and all beds have Duvalay™ mattresses, enhanced with Crib 5 rated fabric.
The family bathroom and en-suite offer superb amenities, from thermostatic showers, soft close toilet seats and extractor fans, to heated towel rails, a vanity unit and ample storage.

This beautiful spacious lodge has a modern open kitchen with a fantastic dining area. This space has a Scandinavian feel making it a perfect entertaining and also opens up to the light and airy lounge. The large patio doors to the front of the lounge give you a view of Skiddaw Mountain off the contemporary glass and composite decking, which allow you to soak up the beautiful ambiance of this location.
The stylish master bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. There is also a main bathroom with a bath and overhead shower which is perfect to soak in after those long walks.

On arrival at Reception we were greeted by a very nice lady, who told us all about what we needed to know and instructions and tips regarding the hot tub. When we first walked into the Buttermere Lodge I nearly started crying, it was perfect for a birthday surprise I had planned for my partner. It far exceeded my expectations and the photographs do not do the spacious lodge justice. It was immaculately clean and felt like we were the very first guests….it was a thoroughly brilliant weekend to mark a special birthday and we have memories we will never forget. I would very much like to spent more time here, especially in warmer months and I would ask for Buttermere

Me and my partner really needed a peaceful break and that’s exactly what we got. The caravan we beautiful and so clean, host was lovely and only short drive to the main town loved every bit of my break away here, will be returning for sure

Absolutely fantastic lodge. It was incredibly clean, a few mins drive to Keswick centre, lots of woodland walks and a lake within a couple minutes walk. Can not fault the place at all! Hot tub felt brand new and so clean. We will be staying here again!
