Customer Notice – B5291 Closure

United Utilities have notified us that they will need to close a section of the B5291 to continue the next stage of construction of the West Cumbria Water Supplies Project. If you’re visiting from Tuesday, 8th May, please be aware that the B5291 will be closed close to the Castle Inn Hotel for up to two weeks. There will be no access for vehicles, cyclists or pedestrian while the closures are in place. The diversion route will be clearly signposted, you can view this below.
